3.9 updated the tineMCE editor. Your plugins or themes may be using code that previously worked on the old editor but may not be compatible with the new editor, and thus you may experience problems.

To figure out the root cause of your issues, make sure to make a backup of your database (you should do this anyway before any changes of your site as a best practice) and then disable all custom themes and disable all your plugins.

Using a default WordPress theme, check to see if the issue is fixed. If not, do a manual upgrade of your WordPress installation.

Then if that’s all working, turn on your custom theme and test to see if everything works. If not, the problem is with the theme – contact the theme developer for support.

If that’s all working, start enabling your plugins one at a time and testing. If everything works, move on to the next plugin. If things break, note which was the last plugin you enabled and contact the plugin developer for support.

Well i disabled all plugsin and also changed theme to the standard one and problem is the same. Now when i was updating TinyMCE to version 5.3 i saw a two problems.

What i can do with it? Maybe thats the source of my problem.

Can you try a manual upgrade of your site? Make sure to use default theme and disable all plugins before uploading the WordPress files.

A manual upgrade is where you manually upload a freshly downloaded and unzipped WordPress files up to your server replacing the old ones (do not overwrite/replace your wp-content folder though!).

    See https://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress#Manual_Update for details.

Take a break and give this a good read.

Doing all of those things in that order should identify where the problem is.

Okay we’re going to start from *nearly* scratch (don’t worry, your content is still in the database). This will be a variation of the Manual Installation but we’re going to remove all the WordPress files first to really force everything to the beginning.

First make a backup of your database and files.

Delete all the WordPress files off your server except the wp-config.php file and the wp-content/uploads folder (yes, we’re deleting your themes folder and plugins folder with everything in them).

Now download the latest version of WordPress, unzip it, and then upload all the files to your server (obviously don’t overwrite wp-config.php or the wp-content/uploads folder).

Point your browser at your site. You should have a working default WordPress installation at this point.

Now upload your custom theme and enable it. Does everything work? If not, the theme is your problem and you should contact the developer for support.

If your custom theme works, it’s time to slowly add in plugins to the mix. Add in and enable plugins one by one. Test your site after enabling a plugin to see if everything works. If any errors show up, note which was the last plugin enabled and contact the plugin developer. Disable that plugin until a fix has been released or you can find a similar plugin that works with your configuration.

At the end of this you’ll hopefully have a stable and working WordPress site.
