Nope, do NOT upgrade right now. Just wait when everything will settle down – plugins, core files, …
I’m not trying to say that this WP is bad, but this version broke lot of things, so you should wait.
Got it. I will not update then. But answer me please. I have version 3.8.3 in Portuguese, when some update that is OK, if this update is for U.S. EN (English) arise, I should / can I do this update or have to wait for the update appears in Portuguese?

Seems like the Portugese WordPress is ready. You can find it here http://pt.wordpress.org
I know! I already have WP with Portuguese translation package installed. What I’m wondering is something else.
I’m wondering if I have to only updates that are in Portuguese or if I should do all updates, even those posted in English?
I actually intended to mean WordPress 3.9 is available in Portuguese now.
I think it will download the updates normally in your language which you should update.
I am not sure completely on this, but i think you should install those posted in english as well.
How can I be sure of this?
I mean, how can I know in reality I or should I not do the updates of WP in English if my WP has the package Portuguese translation?
According to this and as far as my understanding goes, Your language is picked from the files in the wp-includes/languages, everything else is still in english, so as long as the language files are available intact in the language directory, the update should work. The auto update will not delete these language files, so i am sure it will work even if you update the Wp in English.
Does anyone have any way, either by code or even plugin that I disable all notifications of updates?
Or, to be available only to the admin?
Thanks Saravanan ….
Thank you!
