My site is at http://www.incentivesthinktank.org/debate/. However, I am experimenting with the site now. So, it may work without the plugins I would like to be activated.

Even when the “Notify me of follow-up comments by email” and “Notify me of new posts by email” check boxes have checks in them, emails are not being sent to my inbox. To test why, I deactivated all my plugins; and filled out the “Leave a Reply” form, using an email address that I haven’t used in a long time. When an email was sent to my inbox, I assumed the problem must be with a plugin. However, before activating each plugin, one by one, to determine which plugins were interfering, I deleted the messages from my inbox and filled out the “Leave a Reply” form again. This time, no message was sent to my inbox. Do users only get one chance to confirm they would like to receive emails when comments and posts are posted? If so, is there a way to test this notification feature without having to create a separate email account for each plugin?
