Use load_plugin_textdomain instead of load_textdomain

I use WordPress in German, and for translation of the captcha function, I use the plugin Codestyling Localization (very, very helpful). It tells me, that this plugin uses the load_textdomain function, and this could cause some issues. It suggests using load_plugin_textdomain. I would like to forward this to you.
