Custom Syndicate RSS Feed Plugin?

    I am looking for a WordPress plugin that allows a site to syndicate/publish content from a RSS feed and automatically append custom text/code before and after the content. Does such a plugin exist already?

    Also, how can I have it that after a certain number of words, the “Read More” will appear.
