Does it work with Cache plugin like W3C?

    W3C as in W3 Total Cache? If you use the minimize JS/CSS options in that, using Autoptimize has little benefit. If or one reason or another you’re not using that (or are using another page caching plugin which does not come with CSS/JS minification), then yes, Autoptimize makes a lot of sense.
