    It’s possible that you’ve been hacked, sure, but it could just as easily be an incompatibility with that simple-facebook-comments-for-wordpress plugin. Try disabling that plugin by logging into your website via FTP and renaming the folder in wp-content/plugins to simple-facebook-comments-for-wordpress2 and that error will likely disappear.

    As for the password, do you mean your wp-admin password? If you can get into your database you can reset it from there:
