Users can't unsubscribe

    I want new site users to be subscribed to two specific categories by default when they signup on the site. That works just fine. I have checked the two categories in “Subscribe2″>>”Settings”>>”Registered Users”

    However, they should be able to unsubscribe and they can’t. On the subscription page the two category check boxes are checked and greyed out.

    Are there any way to make that possible either through settings or hacking the code?

    @deleriousx,

    They are checked and greyed out because you have made them compulsory in the Subscribe2->Settings page under Registered Users. If you want to subscribe people on sign up use the Auto-Subscribe section but don’t make categories compulsory as that applies to all users.
