    Thanks 4 the plugin, is very nice. The only thing I tried to use it twice in my template, but it is not working , seems that two instances of the same plugin break its functionality?

    How can I add a slim form in the top of the header without killing the funcionality of the plugin? thanks

    Hi Dub,

    You can’t have more than one instance of the plugin running at the same time.

    You can show a form more than once on the same page though. So I would add a form to your top header and then hide certain parts of it through CSS.

    Another option is the Pro version of the plugin where you can create multiple forms.
