Of course, the result is created with the rich text editor so you can attach anything.
can each quiz control to be submitted one times per login account? because we find that ‘My Quizzes’ only reflect the same row of result after the same account submits the quiz more than one times.
if it cannot, can the system allows to show more than one result of same quiz under ‘My Quizzes’ function after submitting more than one in same account?

“My Quizzes” is part of the pro plugin so you need to contact support by email. This forum is for the free plugin.
To answer shortly, “My Quizzes” only shows the last attempt. Previous attempt are shown with the Reporting module.
apart from ‘my Quizzes’, do you mean that Watu can contain more than one row of result after the same account submits the quiz more than one times?
and ‘my quizzes’ only display the last one result.
