HELP-REDIRECTION NIGHTMARE

No matter what web address I put-in (wp-admin or site address), I get a redirection page that will keep me informed. I can’t get anywhere on the wp-admin menu to make any changes whatsoever. Here’s my website: http://www.theTLCnetwork.org
