According to the plugin screen I have version 2.0.9. I just uninstalled, re downloaded and re installed to see if that would correct the issue and still have the same issue. I have a place holder for all my slides but all my slides are missing.

This is just one of the pages that should have a slider. I have other pages if you need to see them as well.

Just pushed out another update to fix this (v2.1.0).

I am also having the same problem. I just updated the plugin to 2.2.3 and now all my slides are missing.

Here is the URL of the website: http://40under40ag.com. The images should be appearing under the 2013 Class header, and were showing up fine before the update. Thanks.

The latest version of Pro is 2.2.8. If you could update to that, it will likely resolve the issues you are having.

Wow, I am having the exact same problem. Upgraded WP to the latest version (3.9) and then Soliloquy to 2.1.2 by clicking on the upgrade link on the dashboard. Now all my sliders say Number of Images = 0. How can I get my images back please?

This is one of the pages that should have a slider:

    Many thanks.

Make sure to click on the admin notice in the dashboard to upgrade your sliders to the new v2 architecture. It is displayed on every page in the admin as a notice.

Thank you for your quick reply, Thomas. I don’t see any notice to upgrade sliders on my dashboard. Can you point it to me on this screenshot please?

    http://www.paolacassola.com/WPdashboard.jpg

In case the notice is really not there, where can I find the lists of images? Do you store it on the database or in a file on my server? I need to recover my web site. Do you need any other information from me to be able to help me?

    Thank you

Looks like the only thing left to do after Thomas stopped replying was to add all the images again to the sliders, but since my version won’t let me get them from the Media, I had to upload them all over again. And now I have many duplicate images on my Media that I am afraid to delete lest the sliders stop working. The good news is that the sliders now look fine.
