What Happens If I Drop Broken Link Checker WordPress Plugin Tables
-
Previously, I was using Broken Link Checker, for a long time. The web-host I use, eventually, began claiming that Broken Link Checker was using more resources than they allow. Ultimately, I would like to move away from that web-host, but I am not in a position to do so now, however. So, I deactivated Broken Link Checker, but did not delete it from my website. A few days ago I upgraded WordPress from version 3.1.3 to 3.8.2. I also decided to delete unused WordPress plugins, on that website, including Broken Link Checker. Do the WordPress database tables, wp_blc_filters, wp_blc_instances, wp_blc_links, and wp_blc_synch belong, exclusively, to Broken Link Checker. If they do, then, those particular tables were not removed(dropped) when I deleted Broken Link Checker. What will the affect be, on my website, if I drop(delete/remove) those 4 WordPress database tables, now?
- wp_blc_filters 1 Kb
- wp_blc_instances 84940.895 Kb
- wp_blc_links 319073.547 Kb
- wp_blc_synch 2263.547 Kb
