Is there an easy way to putting images into posts without uploading them to WP?
As an example, supposing I had a load of images at Amazon S3, would it be easy to get them into posts?

just link to them. img src = "http://www.amazonsstoragethings.com/yourimagelinks"
Example, I run a ton of blogs, and I don't use the image upload for various reasons. I use FTP to put the images where I want them on the server and then just link to them.

I didn't see the insert image icon - I was just focussed on the 'Add Media' button
