    Hello Steve,

    Pie-Register Widgets allows you put Welcome Message on the Screen after User logged in to your Site.

    However, to make the change happen in Menu, you will need to create 2 menus, One for Logged in users and another for No-Logged in Users, and integrate them with your theme, this tasks will require both PHP and WordPress knowledge.
