Virtual Management Page doesn't show on MU site

Hello,

I first installed on a standard WP site and everything works great. But when installing on the main site of MU installation the Management URL doesn’t work, although my settings are correct in relation to permalinks.

Is there anything special to take care about with Multisite installation?
