How will I know somebody starts a new chat session?

    Hi there,
    I’ve installed the plugin and it works well, but I need more info. How will I know somebody starts a new chat session? I have to be online and with the chat page open? A guest can see we are online or not? How about messages when we are offline? Please provide more details about how this works.
