    Im trying to add my logo and it does not work for me through the customize window.

    Hi. I just tested and it is working well for me.

    I click “Customize”. Then under “Site Title & Tagline” drag an image to the upload drop zone. Are you doing anything different?

    Do you have any plugins that might be causing an issue?

    Hi Devin,

    Thanks for the reply. I have been doing the same thing and have tried both dragging the logo and selecting the logo to no avail. I tried the logo I used to have as well as the one I wanted to update to but had no luck. I went in and deactivated a few plugins and voila! I went back and tracked it down to Infinite Scroll – a plugin I had never gotten to work anyway (no idea what the correct inputs are for that to make it work with PP) – and when it is deactivated the custom logo upload works as it should.

    Okay, glad you worked it out. I’ve had a number of people report issues with that plugin. Portfolio+ has a built in infinite scroll option if you’d like to upgrade to that.
