Help: That email address is not subscribed.

    @yorgict,

    You must be entering an email address and then clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ button to see that error.

    Ok I don’t see that as there is no button. Maybe I’m missing something on the plugin

    I am simply clicking the shortcode

    @yorgict,

    The buttons are present in the HTML source but they must be being hidden by you theme CSS. Try a different theme or update your CSS. Or the other option is to deploy the form and hide the Unsubscribe button so the shortcode looks like this:
    [subscribe2 hide="unsubscribe"]
