Are you using the Regions module? That module creates and reserves a sidebar to display the regions sidelist on it.
If not, can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing? Use http://imageshack.us if you need to.

As you can see it shows like sidebars is active, but my theme is set to have all single posts fullwidth, automatically. I was hoping I will have fullwidth ads after theme settings, but not, they show sidebars as before

Does it change if you switch themes? (to a default theme like 2014)

Looking at your site, I found that your AWPCP page was NOT set to Full Width. After changing the page template, it seems to be working correctly now.
