I'm looking for a quality Links Directory Plugin. Something similar to scaled down version of phpLD
I need to create a small business directory of say 200 listings with the following fields.
Company Name
Address
Phone
URL
Company Description
I would like to be able to categorize these listing, and allow users to search for listings.
Is there a WP plugin anyone can recommend?

Weirdly enough, I'm looking for something similar in either WP or Drupal. This is what I've found so far:

I've downloaded the http://www.alectang.com/wordpress-link-directory/ but I see no instructions for installing or setting it up. I tried uploading it to my plugins folder and it did not show up on my plugins page so that I can activate it. Yes it was unzipped and I uploaded the folder keeping the folder structure. I don't see any instructions on the developers web site nor in the folder I downloaded and not having any luck searching the plugins. Any one have the instructions they can give me a link to or tell me where I can find them? Thank you.

My test results: I tried it, it seems to be a very nice start, darn close to what I need (simple and easy). It doesn't have a thank you page or any notification to the submitter that their submission was sent anywhere. That to me is a must so people know they were successful. I love the fact that these submissions must be approved before being posted. I also have tried this three times from scratch and over the past hour or so and I cannot get a test submission received in the admin. I have no clue where it's going but they're not being rec'd so I can't post them and they're not showing up on the page on their own which is good. I've notified the developer of this and made a few suggestions (like the thank you page after submission). Anybody had a problem w/the submission posting to the admin for approval & a fix for that?

Hi again, I thought I would come back to this post, as I have just resolved the problem of finding the admin page for business listings.
I've just installed it under 2.7 RC1 and the business listings admin comes up under the posts link, where you can approve listings.
Its working perfectly, and also on 2.5.1 and 2.6
