Need plugin recommendation

Hi All .. pls recommend plugin/s to achieve the following.
I have a photography website and want to restrict access to one page that will have some artistic nudes to only the registered members.
I just need non paid membership option.
I need that registration form should have “Agree to terms” check box.
They should click activation link to verify their email id.
When people register they should have an option to subscribe to my newsletter.
Need plugin for subscription/newsletter (HTML)
