Bootstrap not using THA hooks

I am looking for a simple bootstrap theme and found the-bootstrap which uses THA hooks. Tho I know THA would be the next step; I’m not ready to take that technology on and would like to just concentrate on the framework and basic wordpress elements. I saw a slew of them and looking for the easiest one to work with at my level. Suggestions welcome.
