Need Help Finishing Basic Setup – will pay for help

I’m having a heck of a time finishing what appears to be pretty basic setup. The help I’m getting seems relatively basic, but it’s just enough over my head that it’s taking me way too long to trouble shoot and figure out.

We have 2 issues we will pay someone to fix for us:

1) Aweber
It’s set up but is not registering people who sign up as Members.

2) Tracking
Google Analytics tracking IS set up, and it IS tracking, but it’s not tracking what we want. We need to be able to do simple tracking in Google Analytics so that when someone refers a 3rd person who becomes a member, we can track it.

This is NOT detailed affiliate tracking and we do NOT need to track any money related issues, simply the fact of how many members were referred by each affiliate.

For example, I want to be able to go into Google Analytics and find out how many people each affiliate has recruited who became members.

Our setup is is this: we create a custom url in Google for each affiliate that points to the sales page and then set up goals for membership, but we can’t get Google to recognize the goal of becoming a member.

However, we’re open if you have an easier way to accomplish this.
