1.3 install looking for template-functions-comment

Hi,
from the CVS here http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/cafelog/wordpress/wp-includes/
it looks like that’s a new file and somebody forgot to add it to CVS.

I just checked the bugtracker and it is marked “resolved” so I am just waiting until it shows up in the CVS in a bit…

its definetly fixed in the cvs. I had to grab two updates from the CVS to get the 12-17 nightly going but I have it running at my site now nice and smooth. Im loving 1.3 so far. A huge improvement in my opinion.
