Start search on page load with GET Variables from URL

Hi,

is it possible to start the search already on page load if the URL is having a query in it?

Like http://www.myawesomepage.com/search/?q=32395+Sampletown and the results of this query is already loading when the page loads (some loading time is okay). I want to make an adress input on the homepage as a teaser and submitting it directs you on the result page already loaded with your address

Is there a feature in the premium addons or do I need to write this on my own?
