cant get gallery slider to work

    i just changed themes on a website to one called veralium. i cant figure out how to get the gallery slider to work. i am sure its just because i am an idiot. the site only has 1 category, which is “news.”

    so what do i put in the gallery options?

    it asks….

    Categories ID (is this just news?) underneath the blank space it says Add a list of category ids if you want to use category as featured. *leave blank to use bottom post ids featured
    example: 3,4,68

    next is…

    Limit to how many posts

    what is this next one?

    Posts ID

    any help would be appreciated.

    right now all i get is a blank square with a bar that loks like it is searchingfor content
