breaks, if type file is missing

    Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in …../wp-content/plugins/frontend-uploader/frontend-uploader.php on line 390

    is the error i get, when i leave the file away.
    [input type="file" name="photo" id="ug_photo" description="Picture (optional)"]

    with this, it works, but without it wont. (actually i dont need this tool to upload files, but to create cpt with some cf)
