1.3.0 beta version breaks several scripts

I’m using the 1.3.0 beta version because it shows you all the script handles, but it breaks several things that were not broken in 1.2.3:

To keep my theme (Woothemes Canvas child theme) working:
Option: Minify bloginfo() stylesheets? (OFF)
Scripts: ignore flexslider, jquery-core
CSS: ignore woo-layout, theme-stylesheet

To get the WordPress admin bar working:
Scripts: Had to ignore admin-bar
CSS: ignore admin-bar, dashicons

To get the font-resizer plugin working:
Scripts: Had to ignore fontResizerCookie, fontResizer, fontResizerPlugin

To get the jQuery Categories List Widget plugin working:
Scripts: Had to ignore jquery_categories_list, jquery-migrate, jquery-ui-core, jquery-ui-dialog, jquery-ui-button, jquery-ui-widget

There are so many things ignored now, what’s the point.
Hope someone can help — maybe I’m doing something wrong.

I have the document root field blank, could that be the problem? I’m on Linux shared hosting.
