A client asked me to help them with setting up the mobile version of their website. They have purchased WP-Touch Pro about a year ago, it was version 2.8
Because I updated their website, they are in need of the latest version of WP-Touch pro, so they should do an upgrade. But now the problem: they don’t have the password to login to Bravenewcode.com. They only have an order confirmation and a license key that that I found it the backend, but that one doesn’t seem to work (even though I didn’t upgrade the plugin).

In order to receive support, guess what: you have to be logged in, which of course without a password they can’t.
They have tried to reset the password and the password reset email with reset link does come in (so the email address is the right one), but according to them the reset link doesn’t work. I also tried the reset link > and indeed it doesn’t work due to ‘invalid key’ ?

Could anybody please tell me what to do? Who to contact? It might be that my clients don’t really know what they are doing, but it might also be a Bravenewcode problem?
    Some advise would be appreciated.

I’m sorry but these forums do not support commercial products. Only the free plugins downloaded from http://wordpress.org/plugins/. Please contact the plugin’s vendor directly with any questions about commercial products.

Thank you for your quick reply, but this support center is the problem, it requires me to login… 🙁
That is why I posted it here since it seems to be my only option.
It says “To see additional content please login
Maybe you could send me an emailaddress? You could send it to me privately?
    Sorry for bugging you here!

These forums do not support commercial products. Nor do we offer support via email. If you cannot obtain support from the plugin vendor’s site, I can only suggest that you consider hiring someone.

Uhm, Esmi… my client hired ME (I am a web developer)… If my client, and me cannot contact the support center >how would somebody else be able to?
I guess none of these questions are appreciated over here, so that would mean I can tell my client just to throw his license away since there is no way to contact the vendor after losing your password.
Thanks so much for you help!

These are the wordpress.org forums. We support the free theme and plugins downloaded from wordpress.org. We do not support themes or plugin downloaded from, or purchased, elsewhere.

Yup yup, I got it… sounds like a broken record… It was my last try to get support for a lost password… I KNOW this is for the free version… It was just my last resort, somebody can try right?
I can recommend everybody to stay with the free version since my client just lost $ 49 and the only thing he gets for it is automatic mails and a forum he can’t ask the right question.

Success with your plugin and with moderating Esmi..

    It’s not my plugin.

I understand that, but I asked it anyway in case somebody else might have known…
I’ll leave it though… It’s already taking me 3 days… It’s just not worth the frustration.

Your mobile app at http://www.thenod.ca is not working properly as it  shows the RRS feed page when it should show home/index page.  Tried to get to the home page by using the directory by clicking on the home link but it still goes to the RRS feed page.  How do I correct this?
