Dynamic user passwords?

    I’d like to manage users passwords in this way:

    – the first part of the password will fixed, such as “joe”
    – the second part of the password will be dynamic, for example current date

    so as for today, the password would be: joe20140404

    Every day a different password

    How may I achieve this
