Help me in finding the right theme

I am trying to find the perfect theme for my storm chasing group, your help would be GREATLY appreciated it. I am looking for a theme that has a right sidebar, and has a main image that is the leading post, following by links to the right of that of smaller images for older posts. Hence, the most recent post gets the most attention. Please and thank you!
