Dashboard not appearing correctly

    Please help. Thank you.

    I updated to 3.8.1 for my website, http://www.thegirlninja.com, and I noticed my dashboard is not displaying correctly:
    1. The Add New button under Themes is not showing.
    2. The Plugins option is not showing too.

    Make sure you are logged in as Admin and not an editor or contributor account….

    only Administrators have the ability to add themes and plugins
