Can't view my web page…

I don’t know all the techy language, but I just purchased a domain, installed wordpress to the domain through the host (?) and now I am attempting to edit the page. I am able to edit via wordpress admin login but when I go to “view page” I get this message:

“This page indicates the webmaster has not uploaded a website to the server.

For information on how to build or upload a site, please visit your web hosting company’s site.”
