    this plugin will no longer be maintained nor supported.

    Though the plugin to date has had 0 (zero) reported security incidents, your continued use of the plugin will be at your own risk.

    It is also not guaranteed to work with future versions of WordPress, with the latest known working version being WordPress 3.8.1.

    By far the best and most popular background manager out there – premium included – real shame to see it abandoned (seems to be the case with many good plugins these days) as nothing really comes close in terms of functionality and quality. I’d happily pay $20 for it.

    Ditto what others have said. This is a favorite plugin and a shame to see dropped. Like M One mentioned – would be willing to buy a premium version – and hoping someone will pick up support.

    Is this on a repo that we can maintain? Seems the only thing to be updated on this is support for 3.9 onwards since the change of media uploader.

    Hope someone will continue developing the plugin. Actually WP 4.0 is coming out and the plugin should be supported. Responsive layout and the choice to split the background images in 3 slices (vertical left + horizontal top + vertical right)to get it lighter. Ready to pay the premium plugin. Thanks

    Best full-screen slider plugin out there. I just spent 6 hours tweaking my CSS for my site to work with this plugin. Works flawlessly. I actually came here to find the author to support him financially. Any update on support for this plugin? No bugs found on my end tho! WP 4.1

    Just get my default Customizer background. The plugin is installed but background doesnt change, scrolls and resizes on IOS devices. Used to work and as standard excuse I honestly dont know what I changed if anything. Site is http://www.podies.com
