Leading comma in multi-select-other

    Great plugin.

    We’re using the multi-select-other option to provide a quick pick list. Works well. However, there is a leading comma in the list displayed, which puzzles end users:

    , User Experience, Technical Writing, UX Facilitation

    Customising: $this->show_array( $value, $glue = ', ' ); doesn’t have any effect.

    Any suggestions on how we can display the list without the leading comma?

    Update to the latest version of the plugin will fix this on the front if you’re seeing it there. On the back end (admin list page), this is fixed on the next release.
