• The navigation links (“Next page”, “Previous page” [/page/2/ and /page/3]) on the bottom of my site do not show up and neither do the navigation links in my WordPress admin! Does anyone know a solution?

I have reinstalled WordPress 2.5.1 trying to solve this problem and I have also changed the theme, but to no avail. My navigation links seem to have perished.

This comment caught my attention but I can’t really figure it out. Isn’t there a guru out there who can solve the problem?

Your links show up and work fine for me. Try emptying your browser cache and relaunching your browser.

Part of your problem may be code errors, especially the php errors in your sidebar.php (get rid of the mdv_recent_comments plugin and the code you added for it).

    Thanks, iridiax, for your comment.

The problem is not really on my own personal site listed in my profile, but another one I am making (www.skalholt.is). I’ve done what you propose and the problem is still there.

Strangely enough, 8 months have passed now since my last post here and the problem still persists. I have upgraded to 2.7.1 now, gotten rid of all my plugins, tried many different themes, but the navigation links do not show up, neither on my site (in my theme) nor in WP Admin.

I have found that there are a few out there having the same problem and they all seem to use version 2.6.1 because the problem hasn’t been fixed. Take, for instance, a look at these two posts:

    Navigation Links Broken

It seems obvious that there are some issues to be worked out as far as WordPress goes.

Any advice would STILL be greatly appreciated!
