Cant upload attachments

    for a few days now, I am no longer able to upload any attachments. I get the following error:

    Upload failed! Unknown error.
    Failed upload path: Acknowledgements.rtf
    fileupload:Session failed!

    Session Data:
    Array ( [wfu_token_1] => 705377860533901dd633302.60338490 [wfu_check_refresh_1] => do not process )

    Post Data:

    Any ideas?
