    li, .on-air-upcoming-list li, .widget .on-air-upcoming-list li {
    font-size: .5em;

    change it into 1.5em for bigger size

    As embarz noted, you can alter the djonair.css file. Though it’s preferable to make a copy of that file and place it in your active theme’s directory, and alter it there.
