    hello,
    did you use the plugin regenerate thumbnail?

    otherwise functions.php file, change true to false in

    add_image_size( 'thumb-small', 160, 160, true );
		add_image_size( 'thumb-medium', 520, 245, true );
		add_image_size( 'thumb-large', 720, 340, true );

    hi,

    I do not understand your answer, you must regenerate the thumbnail plugin, install, activate and then start to create new thumbnails.

    You run the plugin from Tools > Regen. Thumbs in the menu.
