Expensive e not easy import

    Export that is free is very easy e speedy, Import is more expensive and i think that a plugin more expensive would be easy like as export for default and recognized automaticaly all… And if i want i must be able to change parameters ad so on… I have made an export from a site on a adress and import in a identical copy of site on another adress… a site of e-commerce with woocommerce… i have no made any changes in default parameters… The result ? A disaster… i’m sorry but i don’t like spend for sw that don’t help me in my work… I hope that i can soon make an adjustment… Have open a ticket to the support…

    Hi scaliendo, thanks for the feedback, importing is 100x harder than exporting (especially with variations) so it’s an ongoing battle to maintain compatibility with WooCommerce changes and new features we introduce in Store Exporter (& Pro). By releasing a free basic importer I hope we can make importing easier and less stressful for large exports.

    Export that is free is very easy e speedy

    Can you amend your review so that it reflects that? The plugin says it’s a store exporter, and it does just that. This review has rated the plugin badly for doing what it is supposed to do.
