• This plugin was working fine on my install prior to this:

I’ve just migrated my website to siteground from my previous server and this plugin is causing issues. With it enabled the backend (wp-admin) is completely unaccessable and displays a white page with the following error:

    drwxr-xr-x 2 moxicoma moxicoma 4096 Feb 20 09:19 . drwxr-xr-x 11 moxicoma moxicoma 4096 Feb 20 09:19 .. -rw-r–r– 1 moxicoma moxicoma 1506 Feb 20 09:19 ajax.accesspoint.php -rw-r–r– 1 moxicoma moxicoma 1496 Feb 20 09:19 autoupgrade.accesspoint.php -rw-r–r– 1 moxicoma moxicoma 1720 Feb 20 09:19 extensions.accesspoint.php -rw-r–r– 1 moxicoma moxicoma 1748 Feb 20 09:19 installer.accesspoint.php -rw-r–r– 1 moxicoma moxicoma 1993 Feb 20 09:19 main.accesspoint.php -rw-r–r– 1 moxicoma moxicoma 1235 Feb 20 09:19 manage.accesspoint.php

My first thought that the files I moved maybe had issues on transfer so I grabbed a fresh copy of the files from the existing server and replaced the plugin files which had no effect.

I have better WP security installed but given it was working on my last server I don’t think this is an issue relating to that.

  • Hello,

    This is not actually error!

This is the css-javascript-toolbox/access.points child files list. They’re shouldn’t be printed like that.

I believe there is server configuration clash with CJT! Might be because the directory is containing a dot inside. I’m not really sure. We never experience this kind of issue.

Please contact your siteground support and let us know what they has reported.
