Carousel Three margins

HI there, I need some assistance with margins on a Carousel Three page I’m working on. The website is http://www.keepitrealestate.ca. I removed the logo and made the menu ‘fixed’ in positioning, and now the carousel images have all shifted up on the screen. Is there a way to get them slightly lower? Which margins can I adjust in the coding for that?

Also, once they are in the right position, is there a way to ‘lock’ the carousel so that they don’t scroll up and down (therefore also causing the scroll option on the whole page to stop?)
