    Dear maviefol,
Please convert the video to .mp4 format and your issue will be fixed.

Same issue here. Player doesn’t show up on a mobile device at all. Converting video to mp4 is no solution for me, because i embed videos from Youtube. Is there a fix for this please?

I foud this thread on http://web-dorado.com. It seems the player doesn’t support mobile devices at the moment. Is it, by any chance possible to add support for mobile devices in the near future? Converting video to mp4 is no realisitic option for me.

    Dear Maikeltje1977,
Unfortunately it is not possible as it is a standard and can’t be changed.
HTML5 supports only these three formats: MP4, WebM and Ogg. You can read more detailed about it here: http://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.asp

If I understand you correctly the plugin always uses HTML5 when displayed in a portable browser, or a browser that doesn’t support flash?

If that’s how it works, indeed this is a can’t fix. But would it be possible when displaying a YT video on a mobile platform, instead of the player, displaying a link to the YT video or even better use the embed video code that youtube offers :), since this means YT videos will never be displayed on a mobile device. For me this is reason to search for an alternative solution. Since I like the player and paid for it, I would regret that.
