    Website: kidzkitchengroup.com

I was trying to speed the site up with some plug-ins (W3 Total Cache & Wo Optimize) when I did a Cache purge, as W3 asked me to due to changed settings.

Since then the footer of the site completely messed up and when I cleared my browser cache and cookies it would no longer let me log in.

I have tried everything I could find:

I cannot get the emails to come through via ‘forgot password’

I have tried the emergency script and changed password via that

I have changed the password (with MD5 function) via PHPmyadmin.

I have also tried renaming the plugin and theme folders to see if the issue was in there. No luck!

Does anyone know what is going on?!

there is NO such pluging as you mentioned in the WP repo – “W3 Total Cache & Wo Optimize”.

Where did you download/purchased it from?

Do you have access to the sites via FTP??

You can try changing the plugins folder to plugins-deactivate.

I know you’ve tried that already, but most of the time this should fix it if it is a plugin issue.

If its not, you can try renaming your theme specifically and not the entire theme folder.

Last thing I would do is just delete W3 total cache all together.

And If I remember correctly, W3 Total Cache has you set something up inside of functions.php, which probably is causing you an issue.

Check this forum out, similar issues.

    @tara: Sorry I meant W3 Total Cache & WP Optimize – as separate plug-ins.

@evan: Thanks for the tips! It was most likely something within the functions.php but I ended up being able to do a full restore from Wednesday when everything seemed to be working fine.

It’s fixed and I will steer clear from W3 again ha!

I can’t get to my log in page. Last time logged in was 3/28/14 with no issues. The site is viewable, I just can’t get in to edit.
