    Includes lots of options — confusing at first, but lets you put in all kinds of fields, including recaptcha, and customize their appearance.

    I had to figure out that you dragged the fields into the middle and thenclicked on the one you wanted to modify.

    One thing: apparently you have to be logged in as the person who will receive notifications. I tried to change the person to be notified and it messed everything up
