Adding capability: make_prediction?

    Hi –

    First, thanks for this plugin. Super cool.

    To make it even cooler, I am looking for a way to limit which users can submit predictions.

    The best way I can think to do it is somehow to add a capability like “make_prediction” which I can then manage with a role plugin like Tadlock’s ‘Members’

    Any help you can offer is much appreciated.
