get 3 posts visible in slider (testimonials)

    I’d like to make testimonials slider and don’t know how to get “portions” of posts to my slider. It should be 3 blocks/posts, then arrows to the left to get the next 3 posts (custom post type of course).
    Browsed through all plugins and how-to’s (this I found was pretty cool) but cannot get the right one.
    any ideas? Maybe it could be done with portfolio plugins as I’ve seen in some premium themes?
