    complementary info:

    In the storesettings > presentation >

    Show Product Filters is off….! When it is on the filters appears between the two dot-lines…!!

    Sorry to hear of the problems you are having.

    Could you please share me the screenshot of the problem you are having by by uploading the screenshot on any image sharing website like http://imgur.com/ and sharing its unique URL here?

    Please make sure to use latest version of MarketPress – WordPress eCommerce plugin.

    Are you facing the same problem after deactivating all other plugins and using default WordPress theme like Twenty Twelve?
