   I am working on the theme for my website:
   http://www.grannygears.com

   I am using the wordpress classic theme. I have been able to find where to modify most aspects of the theme, but the font style for the content has me baffled.

   I've searched the forum and was not able to find this topic discussed.

   I've changed the font in what seem to be the logical places to no effect.

   Here is the stylesheet

   I can see there is a story content class and a post class, but I don't find either of these in the css. Am I missing something?

   Just add it to the style.css

   ie:

   .storycontent {
   font: .75em Arial, Verdana, sans-serif;
   }

   Thank-you! That got me part way there. Here is the code I added:

   .storycontent {

   font: 1.50em Arial, Verdana, sans-serif;
   letter-spacing: .5em;
   color: #666666;

   When I modify the code above, it changes the size and the color, but not the style of the font or the letter-spacing.

   I would like the story content font to be the same as the sidebar menu headings. How would I make that happen?

   Maybe this is a question more appropriate for another topic, but it seems odd that in the index file after the story content div, it has the code for more, yet in my blog, the more isn't working. Does this all mean there is something still wrong about the story content div?

   <?php the_content(__('(more...)')); ?>
   </div>

   Sorry but this is all very confusing to me. I thought this would be an easy template to learn on, maybe not :)

   I am equally baffled with the same issue, if I even change the class="storycontent" div to a class that I have created myself, it will change the font somewhat but it appears totally different than what it would appear outside of this template. From reading a little it appears 'the_content' function does some kind of format modifications but I am not sure all that it does. Any other help on how to modify the font of posted content would be great.

   just modify the css for

   div.storycontent p {
      font: 1.50em Arial, Verdana, sans-serif;
      letter-spacing: .5em;
      color: #666666;
   }

   modify the .storycontent div and p, li, .feedback div
